How long will it take before my order ships?

The chocolates we create are all made-to-order, therefore preparation times may vary. We strive to complete and ship small orders within 24 - 48 hours, however large orders may require a bit more time. If longer production time is necessary, we will advise you immediately upon order submission. If you need your order within a specific time-frame, please reach out to us so we can let you know if it’s possible. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders should take approximately 2-3 business days to arrive.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we are shipping to all provinces and territories within Canada and all states within the United States. Since chocolate is delicate and temperature-sensitive, we want to ensure that our products arrive safely and without issue. 

Do you offer order pickup?

We are currently offering order pickup from this location:

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! If you would like to place a custom order, please refer to our custom orders page and send us a message or send an email to janice@claytoncreativechocolates.ca with the customizations you are considering. 

How long do the chocolates last?

To best ensure your chocolate’s freshness, please store them in a cool, dry place out of sunlight. They are best consumed within one year, however the colours may fade prior to expiration.

Are your products allergen-safe?

Although all of our products are crafted in a clean and food-safe environment, we cannot guarantee that our products are fully allergen-friendly, as they may contain items such as nuts, gluten, eggs or dairy. If you have any questions please reach out to us by email or through our contacts page.

Something is wrong with my order! What can I do?

Although we take every precaution to ensure that our products arrive to you undamaged, we cannot make any guarantees. Please ensure that you are aware of when the package will arrive so that it does not sit outside for extended periods of time. Although we cannot give refunds for damaged products, if there is an issue with what you have received please reach out to us so that we can try to make it right.
